EPF (KWSP)Employee 11%; employer 13% if wage ≤ RM5,000/mo, 12% if above. Non-Malaysians registered from 1 Aug 1998: 2% + 2% (since the Oct 2025 wage month).
SOCSO (PERKESO)1.75% employer + 0.5% employee (under 60); wage ceiling RM6,000 (effective 1 Oct 2024).
EIS0.2% employer + 0.2% employee (0.4% total); ceiling RM6,000; under-60 employees.
PCB / MTD (LHDN)Monthly Tax Deduction; depends on marital status, children, reliefs and zakat.
HRD Corp (HRDF)Levy 1% of wages, mandatory at 10+ Malaysian employees; 0.5% optional at 5–9 employees.
Statutory deadlineEPF, SOCSO & EIS due by the 15th of the following month.

Statutory rates were verified against KWSP, PERKESO and HRD Corp in August 2026 and may change. EPF contributions are set by the Third Schedule of the EPF Act 1991 and are rounded up to the next ringgit, so percentage-based estimates can differ slightly from the amount actually payable.
