About

A local payroll partner built for Malaysian SMEs.

Modern, transparent payroll outsourcing with the trust of a local firm — so business owners can stop worrying about compliance.

Who we are

Payroll done right, on time, every month.

Pro Payroll is a Malaysian payroll outsourcing firm working with small and medium businesses. We run accurate monthly payroll and handle every statutory submission — EPF (KWSP), SOCSO (PERKESO), EIS and PCB (LHDN) — so deadlines are never missed.

We built this service for owners who lose hours every month to manual payroll and live with the fear of getting compliance wrong. Our promise is simple: accurate calculations, on-time submissions, and transparent reporting you can check anytime.

Statutory coverage
EPF (KWSP), SOCSO (PERKESO), EIS and PCB (LHDN) handled in one monthly cycle.
Submitted by the 15th
Every statutory submission filed by the statutory deadline, with a full audit trail.
Your data stays private
Payroll data handled confidentially and used only to run and file your payroll.
